Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NexterCloud Manager (“the Bot”) handles information when it is used in Discord servers.

1. Information the Bot Processes

Depending on the features used in a server, NexterCloud may process Discord-related information such as:

• Discord user IDs and server IDs.
• Basic Discord information needed for the Bot's features.
• Moderation-related records, such as warnings, , blacklist information, or similar server configuration data.
• Invite-tracking information, including information needed to identify invite usage and invite statistics.
• AFK information and timestamps used by AFK and activity-related features.
• Message-related statistics and timestamps used by tracking features.

2. Message Content

NexterCloud may temporarily process message content when required for features such as autoresponses, automoderation, mention handling, and message/staff tracking.

The Bot is not designed to permanently store the full content of ordinary Discord messages for these features. Message content is processed to provide the requested server functionality and is not used to train AI or machine-learning models.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used only to operate and provide the Bot's features, including moderation, server management, automation, invite tracking, member-related utilities, AFK handling, reminders, and other configured utilities.

4. Data Storage

Some Discord-related data may be stored outside Discord in the Bot's own data storage so that features can work across bot restarts and over time. The Bot owner should configure storage and access controls appropriately and should only retain data that is needed for the Bot's features.

5. Data Sharing

NexterCloud does not sell Discord user data. Information is not shared with third parties for advertising or AI-model training.

Some Bot features may use third-party services. If a feature sends information to a third-party service, that service's own privacy policy and terms may also apply.

6. User Choices

Some data is processed because it is necessary for a server feature configured by a server administrator. Users who do not want their information processed by the Bot can avoid interacting with the Bot or use a server's available controls where applicable.

There is currently no general user-facing opt-out control for all presence, message-content, or activity-related processing.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the relevant Bot features or server configuration. Server administrators or users who have a question about stored information can contact the Bot owner to request information about applicable data or deletion where appropriate.

8. Children's Privacy

NexterCloud is a Discord bot and does not knowingly request personal information from users outside what is made available through Discord and what is necessary for its features.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Bot's features or data practices change. The latest version will be published at this URL.
